Only one league (NPSL, so far) permits a player's name to be hand-written on roster IF the team roster on the website has the player added to it. There are two rosters- team rosters as registered to the league and a game day roster. If player isn't on the team roster, then can not play (even if written on it). Coach must notify the opposing coach that he has a name handwritten on the roster. Opposing coach has the right to protest the game, if they want to. For the other leagues: Check rosters/cards. No card, no play. If whole team doesn't have cards, play the match BUT you MUST submit a supplemental report to the league and let them decide if match will stand or not. NOt our decision so please do not tell coaches they are playing a 'forfeited' match. Professional referee uniforms MUST be worn. No basketball shorts, no black crew socks, shirts tucked in, watch (no cell phones for time keeping) wear a professional referee uniform. If you give a misconduct, submit a misconduct report within 48 hours on Trias under misconducts. No report, no pay as the match isn't complete.
